Brad Pittenger, Chief Executive Officer
Brad Pittenger is the Chief Executive Officer of XIOLINK. His leadership experience spans several industries including technology, financial services and trade show & interactive marketing. Pittenger co-founded XIOLINK in 1999 and provides leadership in corporate strategy, business development, and administration. XIOLINK has achieved remarkable growth and success with his guidance, establishing itself as the leading provider of managed services and managed colocation.
In addition to leading XIOLINK, he is actively involved in the community. He serves on the board of directors of the Arthritis Foundation, Eastern Missouri Chapter and as the chairman for the Walk for a Cure. He is President-Elect of the Entrepreneurs Organization, and sits on the Board of Directors of the Technology Entrepreneur Center (TEC). In addition he volunteers his time coaching sports teams with his children.
Under Pittenger's direction, XIOLINK provides resources for other community organizations such as South Side Day Nursery, Habitat for Humanity, March of Dimes, Special Olympics, the ALS Foundation, MS Society, and the University of Missouri Alumni Association. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. Pittenger is married with two daughters.
Mike Palmer, Chief Technology Officer
Mike Palmer is the Chief Technology Officer of XIOLINK. He has been involved in technology throughout his career in many capacities. Palmer's technical guidance and planning has enabled XIOLINK to grow from a small start-up to a world class provider of enterprise technology solutions.
Palmer donates his time aiding organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, the ALS Foundation, and the Arthritis Foundation. Palmer enjoys skiing, golf and time with his family. Palmer is married with two sons.
Tommy Wilkerson, Vice President
Tommy Wilkerson brings over 15 years of professional experience in executive leadership and direct sales roles in high-growth, entrepreneurial technology organizations. Wilkerson has served as director of business development for Oakwood Systems Group, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner providing business and technology consulting solutions. Prior to Oakwood, he was vice president of BEMAS Software, an independent software vendor providing Microsoft-centric benefits administration solutions to the healthcare industry.
Wilkerson spent much of his career as president and owner of New Horizons Computer Learning Center, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions, which he grew into the largest software training company in the St. Louis region.
Wilkerson has received several awards for entrepreneurship and sales success including a two time finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, number three on the Fast 50 Technology Award list of the fastest growing technology companies in St. Louis, the Largest Software Training Company in St. Louis eight years in a row and he twice made the list of Fastest Growing Private Companies in St. Louis. He and his family make their home in Clayton, Missouri.
Katy Sommer, Director, Marketing
Katy Sommer brings a varied marketing and public relations background to the XIOLINK team. She began her career as a corporate events planner, implementing programs from high-end board meetings to product launches and incentive programs. In 2003 Katy took over the marketing department for a software development firm in the supply chain management industry. Katy steered the direction of the marketing department while increasing sales and enhancing the customer experience. Katy joined XIOLINK in 2006 to bring the company's solutions offerings to an increased market through new media and a continued dedication to creating an exceptional customer experience. In her spare time, Katy enjoys spending time with her daughter and traveling.
Jim Douglas, Manager, Technical Support
Jim Douglas brings tremendous talent and experience to the XIOLINK support team. Under his leadership, XIOLINK's support team continues to surpass expectations. Douglas' team provides unparalleled support while maintaining three world class datacenters. Douglas has expertise in server administration, security, networking and facilities management. Jim joined XIOLINK in 2003 as an engineer. In his spare time, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hockey and is a world champion badminton player.
